This is a new talk delivered in December in front of Data and AI leaders in Financial services. It helped me focus on AI as a theme and do some thinking to provide you and the people present at the event some good content (I hope).
User Group: Data & AI Leaders
Month: December 2025 Meetup
About the Speaker:
I wanted to be an economist, but the French education system values maths skills. So, I chose a maths speciality, which wasn’t my best decision.
After deciding that France was too cold, I did my IT engineering degree in Rome (Italy). Followed by a post-grad diploma in Non-executive Director in London.
I am a serial learner. I am always learning something new, whether it is related (or not) to my speciality which is Cloud, and in particular FinOps.
I thrive in chaos that needs structure. I live for the moment when I become redundant, and everything runs smoothly without me.
I love the complexity that Cloud and FinOps bring, the balance between diplomacy, KPIs, and technology.
I have done many things in my career and occasionally help my mum to transfer photos from her phone and neighbours reset their WiFi .
